Sol y Luna (2016) is a Spanish movie produced by Ezaro Films and directed by José Enrique Pintor.
Is the love story of a documentary filmmaker who leaves Santo Domingo and travels to Galicia to try to find the reasons that migrants have for abandoning their entire lives and leaving their country of origin.
On this occasion, we did the VFX of the movie. A very easy and relaxed work.
Some years later, we worked again for Ezaro Films, on this occasion was for the VFX of NON ME ESPERA NINGUEN (2020) a short movie. Despite this, we also did VFX for other productions such as Olvido y Leon (2020) and Onde Mais Doe (2021) both produced by Xamalu Filmes.
Antaruxa is an Animation Studio located in A Coruña, Galicia. We have worked on several films, TV series, commercials and many other formats. We love to try new styles and techniques. However, we work in both 3D and 2D animation. We worked with clients from all over the world such as Disney, RTVE, Platige, etc.

VFX in a love story? We couldn't say no.
The work was exciting, and the result was perfect, but we were a little disappointed. Our imagination leaked out to us; when Ezaro Films called us, we imagined a forbidden and secret love between humans and aliens with spaceships, lasers weapons, and exotic worlds. There was none of that, but it must be recognized that the movie is excellent, funny, and love triumphs.
